Qian Hong International Technology Development (Handan) Co., LTD is a Chinese human resources and international workforce company based in Cheng'an County, Hebei Province. Established in June 2023 with registered capital of RMB 6 million, we hold a Foreign Labour Cooperation Licence issued under the Ministry of Commerce regime — one of only 21 in Hebei Province, and the only one held by a company based in Cheng'an.
We recruit, train, certify, mobilise and manage Chinese skilled trades for overseas employers. Because our group also covers manufacturing, vocational training and third-party testing, we can guarantee trade competence before anyone boards a plane — rather than simply forwarding CVs.
Every dispatch follows the legal route: project filing with the provincial commerce authority, pre-departure training and certification, a work visa, insurance, and in-country support. We do not place workers on visitor visas.
